At Emberidge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We take great care in crafting and inspecting each item to ensure top quality and comfort.
If you’re not fully happy with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right in accordance with this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including tags, boxes, or wrapping).

You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

The return request is made through our customer support team before shipping the item back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

Bedding and swaddles
-
Muslin blankets
-
Towels (including hooded towels)
-
Sleeping nests and sleeping bags
-
Play mats (if used)
-
Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
This policy is in line with the Saudi Consumer Protection Law and health & hygiene standards.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:

Damaged in transit
-
Defective upon arrival
-
Incorrect (wrong color, size, or product)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue at support@emberidge.com.
We will inspect the case and:

Send you a replacement at no extra charge, or
-
Issue a full refund if replacement is not possible
In such cases, Emberidge will cover all return shipping costs.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
-
Contact us at support@emberidge.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Carefully repack the item in its original packaging.
-
Ship it to the address provided using our approved courier partner.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, etc.).

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (you’ll need to provide IBAN details).
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products within the same 7-day window.
If the desired item is unavailable, we can:

Offer a similar item of equal value, or
-
Provide a store credit or refund
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges that are not due to defects or errors.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
-
First, check your bank account again.
-
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take additional processing time.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@emberidge.com.
8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them if they haven’t been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return after delivery (see section 1).
9. Gift Returns
If the item was received as a gift:

You’ll receive store credit for the value of your returned item once it’s received and approved.
-
The store credit can be used toward any future purchase at www.emberidge.com.
